Payment is due on the day of scheduled services prior to the start of your appointment.  The patient responsibility amount will be charged to the card on file by the Group Practice Manager by 10 AM EST daily, unless already paid online by client through the patient portal. 

 

If insufficient funds are noted to process the patient amount (i.e., co-pay, con-insurance, 100% of insurance contracted rate if deductibles not yet met, and/or self-pay rate), then the Group Practice Manager will contact you and provide guidance on next steps.  If you have any special considerations regarding payment, please discuss this with the Group Practice Manager prior to seeing your therapist.  We accept a variety of payment options, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and financing available with CareCredit.
