About Dr. Kayley

Dr. Kayley “Kay” Sanger, PhD, BCBA-D, NCSP, is a distinguished Behavior Analyst, School Psychologist, and Licensed Clinical Psychologist for VA and MS residents with over 12 years of experience in providing services to at-risk youth, behavioral health interventions, assessments, and consultations in various settings, such as schools, homes, clinics, hospitals, and corrections. Dr. Kay received her Bachelor’s degree at Tiffin University and her Master’s and Doctorate degrees at the University of Cincinnati.
 
With a steadfast dedication to enhancing lives and fostering growth, her approaches include applying behavior analysis (ABA), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), play therapy, and family therapy models to address diverse mental health needs. Dr. Kay stands as a beacon of guidance for individuals, families, minorities, and communities seeking comprehensive psychological support and creates a safe space for individuals who are stigmatized by mental health and/or disadvantage(s).
