Accepts private pay and in-network for the following insurance plans: 

 

Nationally:  Aetna, Optima Health Plan, Oscar Health, Oxford, United Healthcare, and Anthem Blue Cross & Blue Shield (HMO, PPO, & FEP-Federal Employee Program)

 

TRICARE East (non-network TRICARE Certified Provider)

 

While we can help verify your insurance benefits, clients are responsible to confirm in-network status with their specific insurance plan.  

Services may be fully covered or in part by your health insurance or employee benefit plan.  Check your coverage carefully by asking the following questions to your insurance provider:

  • Do I have mental health insurance benefits?

  • What is my deductible and has it been met?

  • How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?

  • What is the coverage amount per therapy session?

  • Is approval required from my primary care physician?

Private Pay Only Client Promise:

  • Client-Centered Care and Attention.  As your Licensed Psychologist, your successful psychotherapy is my priority by providing you the best possible individualized care focused on your needs and not the needs and dictates of an insurance carrier.

  • Confidentiality and Privacy.  Your therapy session and treatment plans are sealed (private) and not subject to audits and limits by your insurance carrier.  

  • No Labeling.  You will not have to carry a diagnosis on your medical record.

  • Client Autonomy.  You will be guided through the best therapeutic and holistic approach enabling you to achieve and exceed your goals.

Billing Codes for Insurance Claims

  • Initial Consultation

    • Length = 60 -90 minutes (CPT 90791)

  • Initial Diagnostic Interview-Evaluation

    • Length = 90 minutes (CPT 96130)

  • Individual Psychotherapy 

    • Length = 45-60+ minutes (CPT 90834-90837)

* NOTE:  Sessions supported on Android Phones, iPhones, Laptops, Tablets, iPads, and Desktops.
