When out of network, insurance is handled through out of network benefits.  Full session payment is due at each session.  We provide courtesy billing in which electronic claims are submitted to your insurance company on your behalf to facilitate your reimbursement according to your insurance policy benefits.

Private Pay Only Client Promise:

  • Client-Centered Care and Attention.  As your Licensed Psychologist, your successful psychotherapy is my priority by providing you the best possible individualized care focused on your needs and not the needs and dictates of an insurance carrier.

  • Confidentiality and Privacy.  Your therapy session and treatment plans are sealed (private) and not subject to audits and limits by your insurance carrier.  

  • No Labeling.  You will not have to carry a diagnosis on your medical record.

  • Client Autonomy.  You will be guided through the best therapeutic and holistic approach enabling you to achieve and exceed your goals.

Self-Pay with Full and/or Partial Reimbursement Promise:

  • e-Coverage Verification, e-Registration, and Prior-Authorization.  FFCS electronically confirms your coverage eligibility, coverage amount, and obtains your prior authorization prior to the first paid session as a New Client.  Our staff reviews client coverage verification results and expected reimbursement amount (100% for HSA/FSA and typically 70% for major insurances).

  • Clients pay for their full session fee prior to the start of your session

  • FFCS electronically submits your claims directly to your insurance to have them reimburse you directly. 

  • Client's insurance company mails you directly your reimbursement check. It's that simple.
